For GIDARA Energy, we are seeking a People Lead to drive the People agenda in line with their organizational growth and development.

GIDARA Energy is dedicated to a circular, cleaner and greener future through innovations and technologies. They are on a journey towards international expansion and we are looking for a senior HR generalist to shape their culture, attract top talent, and optimize HR processes.

As a market leader in commercial-scale waste gasification, they’re driving sustainability and carbon emission reduction across various sectors, from road transport to maritime and aviation.

The organization is backed by a major American investor, positioning them for international growth and expansion. Last year, GIDARA underwent a strategic shift, which presents new opportunities for growth and scalability, but also demands agile leadership to navigate the changing landscape effectively.


We are looking for a HR professional who is ready to take the lead in all people topics focusing on development and growth of the company.

Position

As people lead you will be responsible for driving the new people agenda in line with the business objectives.


A few of your responsibility will include, but will not limited be to:

  • Lead the development and execution of the People Strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management and the EVP Transformation, addressing and challenging relevant People themes.
  • Implement innovative HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and foster employee engagement.
  • Take the lead and responsibility in new initiatives regarding attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, improving people performance and engagement, establishing personal development & leadership programs and review and redefine C&B.
  • Establishing a new culture in line with growth ambitions and new business objectives – ensuring it is effectively integrated into the organization

Profile

You are a business-minded people professional and eager to embark on this adventure.


Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Senior HR generalist with extensive HR experience, preferably within technical and fast-growing environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives central to GIDARA Energy, that support business growth.
  • You are a strong sparringspartner for the entire organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational insight to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-driven with a pragmatic approach; used to making independent decisions and achieving measurable goals.
  • Driven by a passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to creating a positive impact on both the business and society.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the ability to optimize and streamline processes.
  • Experience in an international work environment, combined with a solid understanding of Dutch laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable in working in English, both orally and in writing.
