For our client, Samsung, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for the European Headquarter of Samsung Electronics Air Conditioner Europe (SEACE), based at Schiphol.

HR Business Partner
The HR team in Amsterdam consists of the Head of HR, a Learning & Development coordinator, an (HR) assistant and the vacant role of HR Business Partner . As HR Business Partner you are in close contact with the HR colleagues in the various European countries that Samsung is based in and you are part of the HR Community of Samsung Europe. As HR business partner, you are responsible both on a strategic, tactical, and operational level for all HR topics of SAECE in Europe.
What will be your role?
In this role you are HR Business Partner to 70 employees of SAECE’s HQ at Schiphol, Amsterdam, as well as 200 SAECE employees based in Europe. You will be their sparring partner and advisor on relevant ad hoc HR topics in the various countries. Relevant and current HR topics are : company culture, values of the organisation, team- and leadership development.
For this position you have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor or master degree in a relevant discipline e.g. HRM, Law or Psychology;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international setting;
- Experience with the operational as well as the tactical side of HR;
- Positive and pragmatic attitude;
- Flexibility to travel for 2-3 days every other week within Europe;
- Energy and drive to work hard;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Dutch and European labour law is preferred.
