For the HR department within FMO we are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious:
Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational matters to internal stakeholders in relation to talent and capability planning, change management, performance management, absence, policy and team development.
Facilitate the annual Performance Management, Talent Management and employee engagement processes.
Partner with the business to ensure the growth of people leaders, with a focus on performance and development, coaching and wellbeing.
Partner with the HR centres of excellences to implement strategies within your client group that support the HR agenda.
As HR Business Partner at FMO you have the following qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience and proven HR Business Partnering experience across the full human capital agenda.
You are an accomplished HR professional who has shown you can influence and partner with leaders and work with change.
You are a team player who is able to operate on both strategic and operational level.
Thorough understanding of Dutch labor and social legislation and regulations.
You have very good planning, prioritizing and goal setting skills.
Experience of working in a professional environment.
Experience in an international and financial environment is an advantage.
