In this perspective Altares Benelux as of now is looking for a Senior Business Consultant Risk & Compliance who strengthens their Pre Sales team and enables the organisation to grow in both existing as well as in new clients re. their R&C issues.
As Senior Business Consultant R&C you are continuously moving back and forth in the organization. On one hand you’re connecting with the Enterprise Sales colleagues, since they are the main portal to Altares D&B’s customers. On the other hand you connect with the IT / Tech guys to stay aligned on what’s possible and what’s not
You are a thought leader in your area. This means amongst others that you have to keep in touch with the latest developments within R&C topics.
Most of the time you are travelling – to customers, to other Altares D&B offices. First and foremost into the Brussels office because of the fact that this office holds a senior team R&C and Managed Services.
Together with your 8 teammates (senior professionals in one of Altares D&B solution areas you exchange knowledge. You continuously strive to outperform, towards customers and towards your internal sales counterparts. Furthermore, you and your 8 Pre Sales colleagues have a team – performance bonus. You really act as a team.
Difficulty would be to manage the high pace changing field of R&C, at the same time keep aligned with rapid movement in Tech and the ever-changing environment of the Financial Sector.
You need to learn and understand the broad variety of products and modular services Altares D&B is holding.
Take your chances, i.e. revenue / deals / new products / happy customers in and outside the organisations.
The deals that you will be closing mainly are in: webbased Compliance Products, cloud-based portals, managed services & customized solutions.
A trusted C - and C minus 1- level sparring partner, with a ten years plus proven track-record R&C advisory.
Up to date knowledge of Risk & Compliance (AML/KYC, TAX (fatca, etc...), always with an IT / Tech perspective.
An outright team-player, sociable and a relationship builder - both internally as well as externally.
Able to obtain a thorough understanding of the fundamental drivers of D&B’s R&C business (quick and profound analytical skills), its customers and partners.
A entrepreneurial problem solver, optimistic and constructive, a self-starter, creative and always procactive.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch; French is an strong advantage.
