As a Sr Business FP&A Controller you are supporting the Director Finance and CFO and you work closely in a team of 3 business finance colleagues. You combine your analytical skills and financial insight in a business advisory role to the organization, the executive management and the board (including the shareholders). You also proactively work on initiatives to improve the reporting, the scenario analysis and business insights to all stakeholders. In addition, you contribute to product developments and participate in multi-disciplinary teams during possible acquisitions or other business developments such as new funding structures or expanding the RNHB platform and product portfolio.
As a Sr Business FP&A Controller you are the linking pin between the business and the finance department (in total ca. 10 FTE) forging strong relationships across the company. Financial modeling, analytical forecasting and prizing are key elements in the role which should result in guiding, supporting and challenging the business to enhance performance, share insights and devise strategic and tactical plans. The Sr Business PF&A Controller prepares financial business cases and profitability impact analysis and is responsible for financial planning & reporting process. Build and maintain dashboards providing actionable insights are part of the position.

This role requires a commercially driven finance professional with a quantitative profile who is comfortable working with complex models in a high energy and fast growing environment.
- You have a master’s degree in business or economics;
- You have excellent knowledge of finance, preferably with real estate experience;
- You have strong modeling and SQL skills;
- You have excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
