In 2019Q1 Norinchukin will open a new office in Amsterdam; the European subsidiary of this Global Financial Institution, focussing on capital markets and corporate banking.
Responsible for the overall day-to-day control of Accounting, Regulatory reporting, Taxation business and several duties associated with these area
Ensuring team staff carry out the following duties;
to produce regular management/financial/tax/regulatory reporting including budget report and group report.to produce periodical/ad-hoc accounting, tax and regulatory reporting, including those for public disclosure.
to extract data from various systems in order to create reports to stipulated formats
to maintain and update user specifications/requirements for IT systems for fincancial/regaulatory/tax reporting.
to maintain the relevant policies and procedures
to liaise with auditors, tax advisors, other external consultants, LDN branch of parent bank and IT vendors, and to manage the relevant tasks
to make necessary arrangements for external audit, including coordination between other divisions.
Planning and managing as follows;
to resolve cross division issues arising from day-to-day operations
to review and suggest improvements for day-to-day operations
to ascertain compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
Holding of professional accounting qualifications and desirably with in-depth knowledge in IFRS
Experience and knowledge in OneSumX regulatory reporting system
In-depth knowledge in EU regulatory reporting such as FINREP, COREP, LCR and NSFR
> 10 years’ experience in relevant area within financial sector
