The Group HR Director Europe is responsible for the HR function for the Group and sparring partner to the Management Board of the Group. HR is in the lead of the development of the European HR strategy and implementation of the HR plans and acts as a critical link between divisions and countries as well as leading European HR projects. Support the regions with the overall transformation in becoming a high performance, efficient and innovative business. The Group HR Director plays a pivotal role in the process of further professionalization of the HR function.
The Group HR Director has strong strategic skills and a pragmatic personality and approach. A self-starter who is passionate about building out HR and is able to build bridges between the Group and the Divisions. Somebody who is professionally seasoned and has up to date knowledge of the latest developments within the field of HR.
