Develop and effectively communicate global C&B guidelines, benefits programs, salary policies, international mobility programs, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, stock options and other payment plans for specific segments of the population.
Provide advice to the regions on international assignments and internationally mobile employees, working closely with third party services providers in the field of international mobility.
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommends modification to improve delivery and reduce costs.
onitor and ensure job classification practice in line with the C&B policy and local labor agreements and advice the local business with job grading.
Advice management and HR on individual C&B issues, including global mobility.
Deliver advice to regional HR managers and C&B managers in the regions on the implementation and execution of global policies.
Monitor competitive trends in C&B and provide relevant management information and analysis in order to drive continuous improvement.
Background
Personal requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a C&B management role in an international environment.
Master degree in human resources, business administration, economics or law.
Able to deal with complex structures and decisively and independently find appropriate solutions.
Able to work on project mode, organizing priorities against short and mid-term deadlines.
Team spirit and sharing attitude.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Solid experience in market benchmarking and salary surveys, short term and long term incentives plans, annual compensation review management.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Pro-active personality with good communication skills.
