Position

Joining JDE Peets as Talent Manager Europe & HR Manager Coffee Solutions, means driving talent initiatives across the European region and supporting the Coffee Solutions leadership team. You will work closely with the HR team in Europe, various HR directors, talent managers, senior business leaders across different countries and the Global Talent Director at the Center of Excellence in Amsterdam. 

 

This position is a combined role encompassing a HR management position and Talent Management. One part of the role is driving the talent agenda across the region, being the linking pin between the expertise centre and countries in the region. The other part of the role will be to partner as HR manager with the Coffee Solutions business unit, where you act as trusted business advisor to the new leadership team. This team has a scope of +- 2000 people based in 8 European countries. 


A few of your responsibilities in this position;

As Talent Manager Europe:

  • Bridge global talent strategy with regional needs;
  • Coordinate talent initiatives across 23 European countries
  • Oversee talent population mapping and succession planning
  • Foster a community of talent experts within the organization


As HR Manager Coffee Solutions you will:

  • Be a trusted advisor for senior management on organizational design;
  • Coordinate HR solutions across several countries, more specifically on topics like team development, leadership development and building an inspiring sense of belonging for the associates in this new business unit.
  • Deliver customized and innovative HR solutions of organizational challenges.



Profile

We are looking for a business minded HR professional with a drive for excellence and great collaboration capabilities.

 

You recognize yourself in the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an international matrix organization
  • Expertise in both talent management and senior business partnering
  • Project management on several HR topics with a strong emphasis on Talent Management.
  • Collaborative skills with the ability to organize, inspire, motivate and lead initiatives through diverse teams within the organization.
  • Whilst a strategy thinker by nature, you also hold a high level of pragmatism and can-do mentality to operationalize strategy into programs and processes.
  • Fluent in English.
